Hollywood star James Cameron is going to live in Wairarapa - and he will bring his family with him.

The director of blockbuster films as Titanic and Avatar has bought two large plots of land along Western Lake Rd in south Wairarapa, where he will live later this year.

Overseas Investment Office shows that James Cameron, of Canada, was given consent in December to buy two separate properties, one 817 hectares and the second almost 250 hectares.
